How does Harmony Smoothie work?

Harmony Smoothie works in the browser. Read a recipe or a guide, run a free tool if you want a starting point, and buy a PDF only when you want a printable booklet. The public recipes, blog, tools, and shop open without a Harmony Smoothie account.

The homepage featured cards point at blends such as Blueberry Bliss, Tropical Green Glow, and Strawberry Sunshine. Each card shows a short prep time and a calorie figure for that recipe. The blog collects longer ingredient and prep notes. Both are reading pages: you still blend the drink yourself.

How the four tools respond

Smoothie Builder. Choose a goal, a diet pattern, and ingredients you have. The on-site assistant, Harmony AI, returns a recipe idea with steps, a rough nutrition line, and tips. Treat that as a starting recipe and check package labels when a number needs to be exact.
Nutrition Calculator. Add an ingredient and a gram amount. The tool estimates calories, protein, carbohydrate, fat, fiber, and vitamin C from a short built-in table, scaled from per-100-gram figures. An ingredient that is not in the table is left out of the total.
Smoothie Goal Quiz. Answer eight questions about goals, activity, timing, diet pattern, greens, challenges, a weekly ingredient budget, and how long you have been blending. The result is a plan name, a short description, recipe names, ingredients, and tips. It is not a clinical plan.
Blender Comparison. Choose a budget band, a primary use case, and features. The tool suggests blenders and may link to Amazon. Those links can be affiliate links. The affiliate disclosure page explains that relationship. Harmony Smoothie does not sell the blenders.

How a PDF purchase works

On the shop, Buy Now starts Stripe checkout for that booklet. After a successful payment, download links appear on the order confirmation page. If email sending is configured, the same links are sent to the checkout email. If you paid and the file will not open, is blank, or you were charged twice, the refund policy says to use the contact form. A change of mind after a successful download is not a refund reason, because the file cannot be returned.

Common questions

Do I need an account to use Harmony Smoothie?

No. Recipes, the blog, the four tools, and the shop are public. Stripe handles payment when you buy a PDF.

When do I get the PDF?

After a successful Stripe payment, the order confirmation page shows the download links. The same links are emailed when email sending is configured.

Are the tool results medical advice?

No. Builder, quiz, and calculator results are general recipe ideas or estimates. They are not individual nutrition advice.
