Refund Policy

Digital eBooks

Harmony Smoothie sells downloadable PDF recipe booklets and kitchen guides. After a successful Stripe payment, download links appear on the order confirmation page. If email sending is configured, the same links are emailed to the address used at checkout.

When we refund

Ask for a refund or a resend if:

• You paid and did not receive a working download link
• The PDF will not open or is blank
• You were charged twice for the same booklet

We do not offer refunds only because you changed your mind after a successful download, since the file cannot be returned.

How to ask

Use the contact form. Include the email you used at checkout and, if you have it, the Stripe checkout session. We do not publish a personal inbox on this site.

Amazon products

Blenders and grocery items listed in the shop are sold by Amazon, not by Harmony Smoothie. Returns for those items follow Amazon’s own policies.
